Exchange Policy

We offer a 5-day hassle-free exchange policy from the date of delivery. Exchanges are applicable only if you receive a damaged product, defective product, or wrong item.

We also offer reverse pickup services wherever available. Pickup will be attempted a maximum of two times. If the courier partner is unable to complete the pickup, customers will need to ship the product back to our company address.

Reverse pickup availability depends on your area pin code serviceability.

Please ensure that the product is returned in its original condition, with all tags and original packaging intact. Exchanges will not be accepted for products that appear used, worn, damaged, or returned in poor condition.
